Terms & Conditions
This agreement is made between Gold Coast Motorcycle Tours (“GCMT”) it’s agents and employees, and you (“the Rider”).
The Rider hereby agrees that they shall participate entirely at their own risk and that any successors, executors and administrators will release, indemnify and not instigate any claim, demand or expense against GCMT for any personal injury, loss of life or damage to personal property suffered during or subsequent to the events of the day.
The Rider agrees to obey and observe all rules and directions given during the tour, whether given in writing or verbally by GCMT and that GCMT has the right to exclude me from any tour for non-adherence to any rule or direction given. The Rider accepts that they are permitted to participate in a guided tour on condition that they ride safely with due care and regard for other tour participants or property.
The Rider acknowledges that motorcycle riding, whether as a rider or passenger, can be dangerous and that participation in a guided tour organised and promoted by GCMT may expose them to the possibility of injury or death and further, they acknowledge that the way other tour participants may ride is outside the control of GCMT.
The Rider acknowledges that there may be no, or inadequate facilities for treatment or transport of participants if participants are injured. Membership of QLD Ambulance service is strongly advised.
The Rider agrees to wear appropriate motorcycle safety equipment at all times and that they are medically fit to undertake such a tour.
The Rider agrees that by booking a tour, they have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree that participation in a tour whether guided or unguided is entirely at their own risk and they agree to these terms as a condition of participation.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes arise making a cancellation unavoidable, therefore:
- If we receive your intention to cancel more than 7 days prior to the tour start date, we will refund your money less a 10% admin fee.
- If we receive your intention to cancel within 48 hours of the start date or there is a “no show” no refund will be payable. Please note that in certain circumstances we may choose to accredit all or part of a non-refunded deposit to a new tour date at our discretion.
- If the conditions are not suitable for riding on the date of your tour, you have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
This cancellation policy is our general cancellation policy that applies to all tours and is subject to change without notice.
